Every bulk or repeat order runs to at least ten boxes of each SKU on the quote. A SKU that is not ready for ten boxes stays on the trial rule until it is. Tiers step up from there, per SKU.

Confirm packaging
Bulk packing is not simply more of the trial packing. Carton configuration and how the consignment is split are confirmed before dispatch. Vials themselves ship in plain unbranded glass, in standard cartons — any custom printing or gift-box work is not part of this service.

Lead time depends on the band
Larger bands are planned rather than picked from held stock, so timing is confirmed per order and subject to product and stock confirmation. We would rather give you a real date than an optimistic one.

Documentation becomes a locked commitment

It is the same rule per SKU, and it applies to every line on a bulk or repeat quote. A SKU that is not ready for ten boxes stays on the trial rule (one paid box) until it is.
How are bulk and repeat orders paid?
Bulk and repeat orders are paid by USDT only. The written quotation identifies the accepted network and receiving address for that order. Never send funds to an address copied from an old message, screenshot or public page; confirm it against the current written order confirmation before payment.
Can I mix SKUs to reach ten boxes total?
No. The ten-box rule is per SKU per line, not per order in aggregate. Nine boxes of one SKU and one box of another is not a bulk order — it is one trial box plus a bulk-below-minimum line. Mixed-SKU consolidation is for combining several qualified SKUs that each meet the rule on their own.
Do you hold stock for repeat buyers?
Stock holding for a repeat specification can be discussed once a reorder pattern is established, and is agreed per buyer and subject to product and stock confirmation. We do not promise reserved stock to a buyer who has not ordered yet.
Can I split a bulk order across several shipments?
Split shipping can be quoted per order. Each dispatch has its own packing, route and freight cost.
How far ahead should I place a repeat order?
Give us your cadence and we will tell you what lead time to plan for on your specific SKUs. Timing depends on compound, band and route, so a generic figure would not help you.
Does the price change between reorders?
The current wholesale list states the quantity tier and price for each order. BPW does not publish fixed online prices.
