Fulfillment
Consolidated Peptide Wholesale Fulfillment
Combine qualified peptide SKUs and supporting consumables in one consignment where the route allows. BPW coordinates allocation, packing, lot documents and dispatch through one accountable handover. Eligible orders include one customs replacement under the published conditions.
What one accountable fulfillment route covers
The written order confirms the specification, quantity, packing, available lot documents, shipping basis and route before dispatch.
Availability, lead time and destination feasibility are confirmed for the specific order. BPW does not publish unsupported capacity, facility-classification or certification claims.
Order flow
How an order moves once it is confirmed
-
Order confirmed against the specification
The reference specification and quantity band are confirmed in writing, including the documentation to be supplied. Nothing enters the queue on a verbal.
-
Allocation
Material is allocated for the order — from held stock where the compound is regularly stocked, or planned where it is not. Timing is confirmed at this point and is subject to product and stock confirmation.
-
Packing
Units are packed to the agreed configuration. Carton split and consignment structure follow what was confirmed rather than whatever is convenient on the day.
-
Temperature handling
Handling is set per compound and per route, including insulated packing and gel packs where the route requires it. Insulated shippers and gel packs can also be supplied as consumables in the same order.
-
Documentation prepared before dispatch
Lot documentation and shipping paperwork are prepared before the consignment leaves rather than sent afterwards, so the paperwork and the material describe the same thing.
-
Dispatch and handover
The consignment is dispatched on the agreed route with tracking passed to you. Where an order is split, each dispatch is confirmed separately.
Buyer protection 02
One Customs Replacement
If a qualifying international order is formally seized, or formally detained and not released, by customs, we will reship equivalent goods once, free of charge, after we receive verifiable official documentation of the seizure or final non-release.
Cross-border seizure is the risk experienced buyers ask about first, and most suppliers answer it with silence. One replacement, stated plainly with its limits, is worth more than a vague assurance nobody believes.
What makes a claim assessable
- Within 14 calendar days after the final written notice is issued, you send the official customs notice, seizure record or equivalent authority document in a form we can verify.
- The consignment was shipped to the recipient and declaration details you supplied, on the route confirmed in the order.
- The replacement is the same goods and quantity as the affected consignment.
What it does not cover
- This applies once to each affected qualifying order expressly marked as eligible in its written quotation or order confirmation. It is a single replacement of that consignment, not a repeated replacement cycle, and it is not customs clearance insurance.
- It does not apply where the recipient details, address or declaration information you supplied were incorrect or incomplete.
- It does not apply where duties, taxes or charges were refused, unpaid, or where the consignment was returned or abandoned for that reason.
- It does not apply where import of the material is prohibited or restricted by law at the destination, or where the buyer did not hold a permission the destination requires.
- It does not apply where the loss follows a breach of these terms by the buyer.
This is the same wording as the terms of use — the marketing page and the contract say one thing, not two.
Facility
The operation, in real photographs
These are genuine photographs from the production floor — the filling line, the processing vessels, the packing bench and the batch records being completed during a run. No stock imagery anywhere on this site: a buyer who spots a stock photo is right to distrust everything else on the page.
If you want to see something specific before ordering — the storage area, how a particular compound is packed, the outbound bench on a working day — ask and we will show you that rather than a curated set.
Walkthrough
A walkthrough beats a paragraph about a walkthrough
For buyers evaluating a new supplier remotely, a short unedited walkthrough of the line and storage area answers more questions than any amount of description. This slot is reserved for exactly that.
Buyers who prefer to visit in person are welcome to — site visits are how a fair share of wholesale relationships here actually get settled.
- Short walkthrough of the line and storage area
- In-person site visits welcome by arrangement
- Specific questions answered directly rather than deflected to a brochure
What is confirmed per order, and why it cannot be published
These four variables move with the compound, the quantity band and the destination. A published figure would be wrong for most readers, so each is confirmed on the current wholesale list instead.
| Variable | Depends on | How you get the answer |
|---|---|---|
| Availability | Compound and current allocation | Stated on the current wholesale list at enquiry |
| Lead time | Quantity band and whether material is held or planned | Confirmed when the order is scoped |
| Packing format | Consignment size, unit packaging and route | Agreed in writing before dispatch |
| Temperature handling | Compound and transit route | Set per consignment and quoted with freight |
Every row is subject to product and stock confirmation.
Fulfillment questions
What does factory-direct actually mean for my order?
Your order is fulfilled from the production and stock-holding side rather than routed through an intermediate reseller. Fewer handovers means fewer places your specification can be lost, and one accountable party if a shipment needs correcting.
Which countries do you ship to?
Route feasibility depends on the compound and destination. Send the delivery country and postcode for order-specific confirmation.
How is temperature-sensitive material handled?
Handling is set per compound and route, including insulated packing and gel packs where transit requires it. Insulated shippers and gel packs are also available as consumables in the same order.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. If you have a forwarder or a consolidation arrangement you prefer, packing can be prepared for handover to them instead of us arranging the route.
Am I responsible for import requirements at my end?
Yes. Buyers are responsible for confirming and meeting the regulatory and import requirements that apply where they receive, use or resell material. We will supply the documentation we can for the lot, but the compliance obligation at your border is yours.
Scope a shipment
Send the compounds, quantity and destination. We will come back on availability, packing, handling and what the route allows.
